College Faculty Credentialing
College faculty credential fields with their associated minimum qualifications are found on this website. The Academic Affairs College Faculty Credentialing unit develops policies and procedures to assure qualified individuals perform faculty work in our two-year colleges through system-established faculty minimum qualifications under Board Policy 3.32 College Faculty Credentialing and Procedure 3.32.1 College Faculty Credentialing. This applies to faculty positions governed by the Minnesota State College Faculty (MSCF) bargaining agreement.

Minnesota Library Information Network
MnLINK is a statewide virtual library that electronically links you to Minnesota’s rich library resources. MnLINK supports and develops a technology infrastructure and collaboration to facilitate equitable and shared access to library and information resources for all people of Minnesota.
MnTransfer.org is a Web service that enables students and advisors to access official transfer information. MnTranfer provides articulation and transfer agreements, course equivalencies tables, transfer guidelines and procedures, the Minnesota General Education Transfer Curriculum, a listing of transfer specialists throughout the state, financial aid and scholarship information, and transfer FAQ’s.
u.select is a multistate, Web-based transfer information system that provides fast and accurate course and credit information to college and university students and their advisors. Minnesota u.select is a collaborative effort by Minnesota State Colleges and Universities and the University of Minnesota.
MnSCU College Search: Information for Prospective Students
The College Search section of the MnSCU website provides information about MnSCU's 31 colleges and universities, including college and university profiles, academic program information, community and online learning options, career and technical education and veterans services.
MnSCU Connect (StarID and password required)
MnSCU Connect is MnSCU's enterprise SharePoint environment for all system employees, faculty and sponsored guests. A MnSCU StarID and password are required for access to this service. For technical assistance and general questions, please submit a request to the system office web team.
MnSCU DARS Project
The Degree Audit Reporting System (DARS) is a self-directed, automated electronic tool for tracking a student's progress toward completing an academic program (degree, diploma or certificate). DARS includes a degree audit system and an automated transfer evaluation system that produces screen, print, and web degree audits and transfer evaluation reports.
The Minnesota State Colleges and Universities Foundation is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization that serves as an integral partner with institutional foundations to advocate for the system and to raise and distribute funds for the benefit of students, programs and communities.
Multi-Regional Training Center
The Multi-Regional Training Center is an American Heart Association certified training center that supports the AHA's mission to teach instructors the chain of survival, which includes providing courses in CPR, first aid and other areas.

Student Loan Service Center
The Student Loan Service Center collects student loans and provides services to individual borrowers as well as system campuses. The center’s website helps student loan borrowers understand and manage student loans by providing deferment, cancellation and payment information.
Veterans Education Transfer System
Created by the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities, The Veterans Education Transfer System (VETS) is an online application that helps past, present and future servicemen and servicewomen determine how their military training can count for credit at Minnesota State Colleges and Universities institutions.
