Academic and Student Affairs
The Academic and Student Affairs website serves as a resource for system constituents, including college and university faculty, students, administrators, and staff.
The Advancement Division is charged with increasing awareness and understanding of Minnesota State Colleges and Universities (MnSCU) through public relations, marketing, development and government relations.
Campus Service Cooperative
The Campus Service Cooperative (CSC) is a strategic initiative in support of the MnSCU’s goal of providing the highest value and most affordable option of higher education for the students of Minnesota.

The Chancellor’s Office section of the system’s public website features information about Chancellor Steven J. Rosenstone.
Diversity and Equity
The Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system is committed to equality of opportunity in employment. The Diversity and Equity Division’s website provides faculty, staff and students with a wide range of information and resources that support, protect and encourage equal opportunity and diversity initiatives throughout the system.
The Finance Division comprises three major units - Budget, Facilities and Financial Reporting - which have responsibility for the oversight of all issues related to the financial stability and management of the system’s 31 colleges and universities.
The Office of the General Counsel provides information about legal services available to Minnesota State Colleges and Universities, basic information on key legal topics, and other sources of legal and government information.

Human Resources (System Office)
System Office Human Resources is committed to providing high quality service to all prospective, current and past system office employees and to treating such individuals with respect, good care, and individual attention from their first inquiries about position vacancies, services and programs, through retirement.
Information Technology Services
The Information Technology Services Division provides technological support for achieving success in learning enterprises and system and campus services.
The Office of Internal Auditing provides independent and objective assurance and consulting services designed to add value and improve the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities System.
Public Safety and Compliance
The Public Safety and Compliance website provides information for MnSCU system institutions related to annual compliance training, environmental health and safety, occupational health and safety, emergency management, the Presidents' Emergency Management Assistance Team, security, campus fire and life safety, and the AFSCME/Management Systemwide Safety Committee.
System Office (MnSCU StarID and password required)
The MnSCU System Office SharePoint site on MnSCU Connect provides information and support for system office business areas and staff, including reception information, emergency plans and procedures information, mail services, supplies, deliveries, office equipment maintenance, record storage, facilities and meeting services, and transportation services. This resource is located on MnSCU Connect (SharePoint) and requires a MnSCU StarID and password.
