Professional Development

Career and Technical Education professional development is a comprehensive, sustained, and intensive approach to improving postsecondary and secondary educators’ and workforce professionals’ effectiveness in raising student achievement.

Professional development can be delivered through webinars, conferences, multimedia trainings, workshops or courses that include skill-building processes and activities designed to assist participants in mastering specific learning objectives.
