If you have trouble accessing the Alliss Grant certification form because of hardware or software limitations, you can:

• stop by any of the community or comprehensive colleges (click here for the list of colleges where Alliss Scholarships are available) to pick up a certification form. For specific campus information, go to "Select a Campus."
• call the system's toll-free number (1-888-MnSCU-4-U) to request that an Alliss Grant certification form for enrollment be sent to you by mail; or
• send an e-mail message requesting that one be sent to you (please be sure to include you're name and complete mailing address in the message). Send an e-mail message to the system office
