Students will discover skills that include
¿ Sales office ¿ marketing and promotion of the property¿s benefits to bring tours, meetings, conventions and events such as weddings and more to the venue
¿ Front office ¿ coordination of room inventory, guest registration and check-out, delivery of services and in-house guest sales
¿ Operations ¿ smooth operation of all property departments such as food/beverage services, property maintenance, housekeeping, security, uniformed services (bellman, concierge) and more
¿ Administration ¿ purchasing, revenue management, human resources, and more
