All programs and courses offered provide personal and professional growth opportunities for individuals desiring development in leadership, decision-making, policy analysis, and problem-solving techniques. There are specific programs that train individuals for administrative positions in elementary and secondary schools and school districts. Upon successful completion of these programs individuals may apply to the Minnesota Department of Children Families and Learning for a Minnesota administrative license as a Special Education director K-12 principal or superintendent of schools. Also available is a degree major leading to a Masters or licensure in Community Education.
