The Minnesota State Colleges and Universities System offers a service for employers who seek training for dislocated workers or who are interested in hiring a group of dislocated workers trained in a specific skill area. The Training Fulfillment Center responds quickly to employer needs and provides information and training solutions for large groups of dislocated workers. The staff works closely with the 32 state colleges and universities, the University of Minnesota and other state programs to coordinate the needs of multiple employers and create programs to enable displaced employees to gain jobs quickly in promising fields.
