Ann Curme Shaw, Minnetonka, is vice president and associate general counsel of Ceridian Corporation. Prior to joining Ceridian, Shaw was a lawyer at Oppenheimer, Wolff and Donnelly. She holds a bachelor's degree from St. Mary's University of Minnesota; a master's degree in social work from Jane Addams School of Social Work, University of Illinois; and a law degree from Northwestern University School of Law. She is a former fellow at the University of Minnesota's Humphrey Institute Policy Forum.

Shaw also serves on the executive committee of the Board of Junior Achievement of the Upper Midwest.

Gov. Jesse Ventura appointed Shaw to the Board of Trustees in 2002 for a six year term ending June 30, 2008.
