Christopher Frederick, Mankato, is a student at Minnesota State University, Mankato where he is working towards a master’s degree in engineering. He earned a bachelor’s degree from MSU, Mankato in electrical engineering in 2008. Frederick was the former state chair and interim executive director of the Minnesota State University Student Association. He also served as the past president of the Minnesota State Student Association in Mankato, and was a student senator at the College of Science, Engineering and Technology.
Gov. Tim Pawlenty appointed Frederick to the Board of Trustees in 2009 to a two-year term that expires June 30, 2011. Frederick represents state university students on the Board of Trustees.
