Ann Anaya has served as an assistant U.S. attorney since 2002 currently assigned to the criminal division. An active member of the Hispanic National Bar Association and the Minnesota Hispanic Bar Association, she is also an executive board member on the Federal Bar Association, Chair of the Criminal Rules Committee and a member of the Federal Practice Committee. She earned her bachelor's degree in political science and law degree, both from the University of Minnesota.
Anaya was appointed to the Board of Trustees for a six-year term by Gov. Mark Dayton in 2012.
