Fiscal Year 2004 Audited Financial Statements (PDF)
The Board of Trustees approved the release of the fiscal year 2004 audited financial statements as submitted.

Amendment to Real Estate Transactions Policy 6.7
The Board of Trustees approved the change in Board Policy 6.7 as noted in Attachment A. The Chancellor shall report all real estate acquisitions and dispositions to the Board annually.

Eighth Annual Foundation Thank You Luncheon
The Eighth Annual Foundation Thank You Luncheon hosted by the Board and Chancellor has been changed from the previous luncheons that coincided with the January Board of Trustees meetings to an afternoon and early evening reception to follow the Board of Trustees meeting on April 19. More information will be provided at a later date.

New Date for June Board of Trustees Meeting
Due to scheduling conflicts, the date of the June meeting has been moved one week ahead, from June 21-22, to June 14-15.
