System Graphic Identity

The Board of Trustees approved a new graphic identity for the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities. Standards for the new identity will be developed by the Office of the Chancellor and by colleges and universities. Implementation of the new graphic identity system will be gradual over the next several months in order to avoid any additional costs.

Approval of Legislative Initiative by Fond du Lac Tribal and Community College to Offer Baccalaureate Degree

The Board of Trustees approved Fond du Lac Tribal and Community College's baccalaureate initiative, and directed that the Board receive periodic progress reports on the legislation's status.

FY 2004 Revenue Fund Fees and Spending Plan

The Board of Trustees approved the FY 2004 finance plans and associates fees for resident hall/dining services and student union facilities of the Revenue Fund. The Board of Trustees also increased the maximum Facility Fee that can be charged to $260 annually.

Proposed Amendment to Policy 3.12 Academic Program Suspension and Reinstatement; to Include Deletion of Policy 3.13 Academic Program Closure and Amendment to Policy 3.14 Program Approval

The Board of Trustees approved the amendment to Policy 3.12 Academic Program Suspension and Reinstatement; deletion of Policy 3.13 Academic Program Closure; and amendment to Policy 3.14 Program Approval.
