Approval of Chancellor's Employment Agreement Between the Board of Trustees and James H. McCormick
The MnSCU Board of Trustees approved the terms of the contract with Chancellor-Designate James H. McCormick, based on the Personnel Plan for MnSCU Administrators, and delegated the authority to the Chair of the Board to execute a written contract.

Approval of Amendment No. 1 to Employment Agreement Between the Board of Trustees and Morris J. Anderson
The MnSCU Board of Trustees approved the terms of the contract extension with Chancellor Morris J. Anderson, based on the Personnel Plan for MnSCU Administrators, and delegated the authority to the Chair of the Board to execute a written contract.

FY 2002 Allocation Framework Implementation
The Board of Trustees approved full implementation of the MnSCU Allocation Framework.

FY 2002-2003 Systemwide Allocations and FY 2002 Operating Budget Including Tuition and Fees
The Board of Trustees received the FY 2002 tuition and institutional budget information and is requesting that institutions return with final information at the completion of the 2001 legislative session. The Board of Trustees approved the additional programmatic/course tuition rates for FY 2001. The tuition rates are effective for Spring Semester, 2001, except for two courses at Dakota County Technical College, which will be effective April 2001.

Financial Aid Recommendations
The Board of Trustees approved the financial aid recommendations and incorporated them into the MnSCU 2003-2003 budget recommendations adopted at the November Board of Trustees meeting.

Approval of Amended Board Policy 1A.2, Part 7, Subparts A-D: Individual Trustee Responsibilities
The Board of Trustees approved amending Board Policy 1A.2, by the addition of Part 7, Individual Trustee Responsibilities.

Mission Review: Rochester Community and Technical College
The Board of Trustees approved Rochester Community and Technical College's mission and vision.

Mission Review: St. Paul Technical College
The Board of Trustees approved the St. Paul Technical College's expanded mission, purposes, and vision.

Program Approval: AS, Nursing (RN), South Central College, Mankato Campus
The Board of Trustees approved the request by South Central College to offer an Associate in Science in Nursing (RN) at the Mankato campus. Program implementation is scheduled for August 1, 2001.

Program Approval: AAS, Networking Systems Specialist; Certificate, CISCO Network Technician; Certificate, Microsoft Network Technician; Rainy River Community College
The Board of Trustees approved the request by Rainy River Community College to offer a new AAS in Networking Systems Specialist and two new certificates, CISCO Network Technician and Microsoft Network Technician. Program implementation is scheduled for January 1, 2001.

Program Closures: St. Cloud State University
The Board of Trustees approved the request by St. Cloud State University to close the following programs: B.A. Communication Disorders, and B.S. Applied Psychology, Individualized.

Approval of Hibbing Community and Technical College
Real Estate Transaction The Board of Trustees approved the disposal of the Hibbing Community and Technical College, South Campus property.

Revenue Fund FY 2000 Audited Financials
The Board of Trustees accepted the Larson Allen Weishair & Co. LLP audit report and related management letter on the Revenue Fund financial statements for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2000.

MnSCU Audited Balance Sheet and Unaudited Institution Schedules and Footnotes
The Board of Trustees accepted the Office of the Legislative Auditor audit of the MnSCU Balance Sheet for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2000.
