11/16/11 - Effective 1/1/12, the Board of Trustees amends all board policies to change the term "Office of the Chancellor" to "system office," and to make necessary related grammatical changes.
06/18/03 - changes "MnSCU" to "system" or "Minnesota State Colleges and Universities"
12/18/02 - Amended policy by moving current language from Parts 1,2 & 3 to Procedure 5.10.1, and approved new language
06/21/00 - Contains language formerly in Board policy 5.4; Added Part 1, Policy Statement; Added Part 2, Responsibilities, and made it the responsibility of the Chancellor & President to maintain a percentage of the budget as a reserve; Added to Part 3, reports shall be provided to the Board.
