Operating Budget
The Board of Trustees has the following responsibilities for
the Operating Budget:
- Approving the biennial operating budget
request submitted to the Governor and legislature for
deliberation during legislative sessions occurring in odd-numbered
years.
- Approving any supplemental operating budget
requests submitted to the Governor and legislature for
deliberation during legislative sessions occurring in even-numbered
years.
- Allocating legislative appropriations
among the Office of the Chancellor and individual colleges and
universities
- Allocation framework - approved
- Final budget allocation
- Approving tuition and fee rates
charged by colleges and universities.
