Wednesday, January 3, 1996

Trustees Present: Nancy Brataas (by telephone), Robert Cahlander, Archie D. Chelseth, David Erickson, Christine Fritsche, Nellie Stone Johnson, Randall Knudson (by telephone), Stephen L. Maxwell, Gary Mohrenweiser, Fannie Primm, William Smoley, Denise Stephens, Bill Ulland

Trustees Absent: Scott Kile, John Mulder

Chair Gary Mohrenweiser declared a quorum present and convened the Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees at 11:10 a.m.

1. Closed Session: Closed Session to Discuss Labor Negotiations Pursuant To Minn. Stat. 471.705, Subd. 1a (1994) (Minnesota Open Meeting Law)
   Bill Ulland moved closing the Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees to discuss labor negotiations pursuant to Minn. Stat. 471.705, subd. 1a (1994)(Minnesota Open Meeting Law). The motion was seconded by David Erickson and approved unanimously.
   
   Bill Ulland moved adjournment of the closed session. Christine Fritsche seconded and the motion was approved unanimously.
   
   
2. 1995-97 MSUAASF Agreement
   Bill Ulland moved adoption of the 1995-97 MSUAASF agreement as presented. Archie D. Chelseth seconded and the motion was approved unanimously.
   
   
3. Adjournment
   There being no other business, Chair Mohrenweiser adjourned the meeting at 11:50 a.m.
