The Board of Trustees will meet in a retreat on November 18-20, 2002. The objectives of the retreat are to develop effective working relationships among trustees; gain consensus on board processes such as ground-rules for conducting board work, roles and responsibilities of the board; and to gain consensus on how the board works with the Chancellor and his staff.
