NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE FINANCE/FACILITIES POLICY COMMITTEE AND ANNUAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES

• Public Hearing, Finance/Facilities Policy Committee, Friday, July 13, 2001
  
  The Finance/Facilities Policy Committee will have a first reading and receive public testimony on the FY 2002 Systemwide and System Office Allocations, and the FY 2002 Institutional Allocations and FY 2002-2003 Tuition and Fees. The meeting will be at Normandale Community College, 9700 France Avenue South, Bloomington, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., in room C-1095. Room C-1095 is located on the first floor off of the main entrance of the college.
  
  All interested parties are encouraged to attend the hearing. It will be extended into the regularly scheduled meeting of the Finance/Facilities Policy Committee on July 17, only if necessary.

  · There may be time limitations, depending on the number of people who want to testify.
  · If possible, please provide 20 copies of your testimony.
  
  
• Annual Meeting of the Board of Trustees, July 17-18, 2001
  The Annual Meeting of the Board of Trustees will be on Tuesday and Wednesday, July 17-18, 2001, at the World Trade Center, International Hall, Fourth Floor, 30 East Seventh Street, St. Paul. A detailed agenda will be distributed at a later date.
