Developmental Education Demonstration Project Report
- Legislation enacted in 2001 mandated that the Minnesota Sate
Colleges and Universities undertake a demonstration project
through which at least one Minnesota Sate Colleges and Universities
institution would administer a complete college placement test
(assessing reading, writing, and mathematics) to all juniors
in at least four Minnesota high schools.
