The Minnesota State Colleges and Universities will become a more
fully coordinated and integrated system of distinct higher education
institutions that provide high-quality education.
Rationale - A primary reason for creating
the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system was to coordinate
programs and services, providing students with easy and seamless
access to higher education. The system has a public responsibility
to fully integrate its programs and services to provide students
with access to the collective programs, services and strengths
of its distinct institutions.
